Receiving a fax on a Computer..

 Friends, you must have heard about fax service. Earlier, fax was widely used to send important documents from one place to another.

Email today has reduced this proportion but not completely eliminated it. The method of sending documents or information through fax is still in use in government and some private offices.

Earlier fax machines were used for this. Of course it happens today; But now it is possible to receive or send fax with the help of computer.

It requires modem installation in the CPU of the computer. Also you need to have a telephone connection.

After the fax modem is installed on the computer, one pin of the telephone collection should be inserted into the external part of the CPU where the modem is installed. Then click on 'Setup Faxing' under 'Printers and Faxes' in Control Panel. Install the fax setup on your computer via your operating system CD. Now in 'Printers and Faxes' a new option Fax will appear. After clicking on it a window will open.

 Click the 'Receive' option in the left corner of this window to accept incoming faxes. After the process starts, the message Receiving Page 1, 2 will appear. After this process is completed you can view the fax through 'Fax View'. This fax can be viewed in PDF format.
